Creating Tickets
Tickets sent via this system will send an instant alert to all Covenant-WoW GMs.
We do not get alerted to tickets created in-game but make every effort to catch them as quick as possible. While you may make a ticket in-game it may experience delays, if you can we suggest you make use of this ticket system instead. When our new site goes live we plan to be able to handle in-game tickets in the same manner as tickets made through this portal.
